  • 微纳尺度流动及其在力学交叉学科的应用:
    微纳尺度下浸润和三相接触线的动力学:钉扎、断裂、迟滞和弛豫;液滴、颗粒、细胞的输运与操控;胶体粒子与界面的相互作用与动力学。
    软物质与生命物质力学:
    生命软物质(细胞、组织、相分离蛋白质液滴)多尺度的力学特性;细胞的弹性模量和弛豫模量;细胞在分裂、迁移等生命过程中粘弹性的分布与转变;生物材料和仿生材料的力学性能与机理;聚合物和薄膜的形变、粘弹性和粘附性
    原子力显微镜技术的改进与应用:
    新型悬针式原子力显微镜;胶体探针;液体中软物质材料的形貌表征和力学测量;单细胞的形貌、体积和粘弹性成像;皮牛纳牛尺度力的测量:水动力、静电力、光学力等。
